I am hijacking Atlas' blog. He is going to be 13 tomorrow! I cannot believe it. Here are a few photos of him over the past few years.
He is always a great helper and up for adventure. He knows so much and wants to know more. He is a great travel companion and big brother. Happy Birthday!

We remember one birthday when you were in the baby stage and with big eyes you saw that enticing birthday cake. You have never stopped wondering and learning. That was a fun night to see the look on your face when you tasted the frosting.
A summer not long ago you were in California going to surf camp with cousins. We have enjoyed watching you with your cousins on both sides of the family. You are a great family member and a great friend.
As we are far away on this mission in India we think of you often and want you to know how proud we are of you. On your thirteenth birthday we send your all of our love, Grandma Joan and Grandpa Bob
Atlas, even though I haven't seen you in a long time I still love you so much! I loved being able to live in your basemnt and seeing your cute face looking through the window calling for me and Kalani to play. You are such a great guy. So smart and funny and cute. We can't wait to see you again. You are welcome to come to Hawaii anytime! Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday Atlas! We hope you have a great day celebrating you. We all miss you here and can't wait to see you again in the canyon. I saw that Aunt Liz invited you to Hawaii. I am going this summer and wondered if you wanted to tag along. You could work on your tan after 2 years in Scotland. Enjoy your break from school and have a Merry Christmas.

Hello Dear Atlas and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!! I'm so glad you are my nephew and I think you are all of the above--smart, handsome, funny, sweet, helpful, caring, cool and much much more.
I will never forget when you described that hairy rock to me that you had gone to see in pre-school. You were so SO cute and you were amazed with that rock. When Charla and I arrived in Provo to start school I remember you saying you were "stoked" that we were there! It was so darling.
I know you are a wonderful big brother and I remember how overjoyed you were when Leif was born. And let's not forget your first Birthday when the cake was brought in--you were captivated like no other baby.
Thanks for being so cool and genuine (and being calm when Dahlia used to grab your hair).
